Terms and conditions

Between you and Stiftinga Norsk Countrytreff, Org.nr: 987 671 017, hereinafter referred to as "Seller"
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the following terms of sale and delivery apply between you as a consumer and the Seller.

1.Offer and acceptance

The agreement between you and the Seller is not binding until the Seller has accepted your order and you have received an order confirmation. Until then, the Seller is entitled to cancel your order. You will be notified if this happens.

You place an order by submitting digital images and specifying the goods you want produced.

You then place your order.

Once the order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation, and the agreement is then deemed to have been entered into.

Please note that you are responsible for the format and quality of the submitted images, and for ensuring that they are suitable in size and quality for the chosen product.

2.Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for products that are custom-made for the customer. Products that are not specially produced for customers are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Once the Seller has received your order and you have received an order confirmation, production of your order will begin.

As your order is produced on the basis of your specifications and produced specifically for you, there is no right of withdrawal or right to cancel your order.

3.Marketing

You agree that the Seller and Stiftinga Norsk Countrytreff may send marketing material in the form of newsletters and marketing of their own similar products via electronic mail to your stated electronic mail address.

You may revoke this consent at any time, just as you have the opportunity to opt out of receiving marketing material in connection with the submission of your e-mail address.

Marketing takes place in accordance with the Marketing Act applicable at any time.

4.Prices

Delivery of the goods will take place at the prices in Norwegian kroner applicable at the time the contract is entered into, as stated on the Seller's website.

The price includes development and processing of digital file formats as agreed, as well as taxes, including VAT, plus shipping and delivery costs.

Information about the total costs to be paid by the buyer, including all taxes (VAT) and delivery costs (freight, postage, invoice fees, packaging, etc.), as well as a specification of the individual elements of the total price, is provided in the ordering solution before the order is placed.

Deliveries of goods to Svalbard or Jan Mayen are sold without the addition of VAT. Reservations are made for special conditions for shipment to Svalbard and Jan Mayen with a possible increase in shipping costs.

5.Payment

When ordering, you must indicate whether you wish to pay directly with Vipps.

All transactions are charged directly at the moment of the transaction.

Sales on credit purchases can only be carried out with persons over the age of 18.

When placing an order, the Seller checks that the ordering party has sufficient funds in the specified account.

When using Vipps, the Seller deducts the purchase price when the order has been produced and is to be sent.

6.Delivery and shipment

The delivery of the order takes place in accordance with the provisions, prices and forms set out on the website, unless you and the Seller have agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that 'your profile' is updated and correct. A change of address must be reported/changed immediately and BEFORE a new order is confirmed. This is to ensure that delivery is made to the correct address. If you have forgotten to change this before an order is placed, you must bear the cost of additional postage.

Delivery is made through Posten Norge as either Pakke i postkassen, Servicepakke or Bedriftspakke. We deliver throughout Norway.

Production time will normally vary from 3-7 working days depending on which products are ordered. Postage is normally 2-3 working days.

If something is damaged or lost during delivery, it is the responsibility of the sender of the shipment to complain to Posten. Shipments with ordered products that are not picked up by Posten will be returned to Stiftinga Norsk Countrytreff. After one month, the item will be shredded.

7.Right of complaint in the event of defects and delays

In accordance with the rules in Chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchases Act, you as a consumer have a 24-month right of complaint regarding defects.

If you wish to invoke a defect, you must notify the Seller of this within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Otherwise, you lose the right to invoke the defect. Notice given within two months of discovering the defect is always timely.

If the complaint is justified, your (reasonable) shipping costs will be refunded. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that the shipping costs can be reimbursed.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase if your order is significantly delayed and you do not accept a new delivery date.

8.Refund

If you cancel your purchase as a result of a delay, we will refund the full amount, including shipping, within 14 days of receiving your request.

In the event of a complaint, you will be reimbursed for return shipping within 14 days of us receiving your item.

9.Disclosure of personal data

For the purpose of order processing, only the personal and image data necessary for order processing and any subsequent service and communication will be disclosed to the above-mentioned parties.

The personal data we collect and process includes your name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number and similar identification information.

The Seller strives at all times to protect the customers' personal data and process it in accordance with the personal data legislation.

You have the right to gain insight into the personal data that we process about you - with certain statutory exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and processing of your personal data.

You have the right to complain about the processing of your personal data to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

10. Complaints

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council for assistance in any dispute with the seller. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation by the Consumer Council, the parties may request in writing that the Consumer Council submits the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Committee. Decisions by the Consumer Complaints Committee are legally binding four weeks after notification. Before the decision is final, the parties may, by submitting a summons to the Consumer Complaints Committee, bring the decision before the district court.

12. Other provisions

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These remain binding on both the seller and you.

Stiftinga Norsk Countrytreff reserves the right to make changes to the above terms of use. Each time you use this service, you undertake to comply with the applicable terms.
