Festival area
Inside the festival area there are two stages, Kolbeins Saloon and Hesjestauren. There is also a festival shop, merch stall and other sales stalls. In Kolbeins Saloon you will also find a café with a sale of hot food and cold drinks.
There are also bars connected to both stage areas.
Camping areas
There are two camping areas connected to the festival area. Upper camp and lower camp. Both camping areas have space for caravans, campers, trucks, camper vans and tents. There are toilets and a dumping point for camping toilets at both camping areas. The entrance to the camping area is manned, and a festival pass incl. camping is required to enter the camping area.
There is an 18-year age limit on all camping areas. We also have a quiet camp at Breimshallen for those who wish to do so. It is about 700 meters to walk to the festival area from this.
Our campsite follows national guidelines for distance between units (4 meters), and we ask all guests to respect the limits set by our staff.
Shops
In addition to our own festival shop with the most important goods for our festival goers, we have Coop Prix Byrkjelo and Bakar Jon which are located in Byrkjelo, approx. 4.5 km from the festival area. There will be our own shopping buses set up on Friday and Saturday to Byrkjelo. See our own notices at the festival.
Companion
We in Norsk Countrytreff We want to make our festival accessible to everyone, and we therefore accept companion certificates.
Rules for using companion certificates:
Free admission for companion: Holders of a valid companion certificate can bring one companion who will receive free admission to the festival.
Ticket purchase: The person with the companion certificate must purchase a regular ticket to the festival. Companions do not need their own ticket, but must accompany the holder at the entrance.
Presentation of proof: The companion proof must be presented at the entrance together with a valid ID.
Multiple companions: If more than one companion is needed, we ask that this be clarified with us in advance.
Accessible facilities: We work to ensure that the festival area is accessible to everyone.Please contact us if you have specific needs or questions about accessibility.

Age limits
During the day and until 6 p.m. there is no age limit on the festival grounds, except in the camping areas. After 6 p.m. Kolbeins Saloon is closed to young people under 18, but we have a separate area for them by the stage at Hesjestauren. Our camping area has an age limit of 18.
In case of violation of the age limit, you will be shown away from the area.
Safety
Norsk Countrytreff We value the safety of our audience and artists, and are equipped to handle accidents and fires both at the festival site and in the camping areas. We work closely with the Police, the Red Cross and professional private insurance companies.
Our campsite follows national guidelines for distance between units, and we ask all guests to respect the boundaries used by our staff.
Entry to camping
Entry to the camping area will begin on Wednesday, July 9th at 1:00 PM. We encourage our guests to use alternative waiting areas in the municipality while awaiting the opening of the festival camp.
Alternative places to camp are Reed Camping , Breimsvatnet Camping , Byrkjelo Camping , Gåsemyr Camping , Gloppen Camping or a campsite in a neighboring municipality.
Toilet
There are good toilet facilities at the festival site, with the main toilet building located between Kolbeins Saloon and Hesjestauren. The toilet is continuously staffed, and is cleaned and maintained regularly. There are also toilet blocks set up in several places at both of our camping areas.
There are also wheelchair-accessible toilets in the main arena and upper and lower camping areas.
Shower
We have our own shower facilities for our camping guests, and this is located by the riding hall in the lower camping area. The shower facilities are continuously staffed during opening hours, and we always guarantee hot water. At Fjordhestgarden there are showers for wheelchair users.
Parking
Parking is available outside the festival area, and all parking areas are well marked. Our festival staff will guide you to the correct parking space. Please note that some parking spaces are a 5-minute walk from the festival area.
Truck camp and parking
There is no opportunity to park trailers, campers, buses, trucks or other means of transportation on the road east of the festival area pending the start of camping on Wednesday. This area will be used for a truck camp, and we need the area itself in advance of the festival.
Hearing protection
At times there may be loud noises at the festival site. Please consider protecting small children by using hearing protection or earplugs.
You can buy earplugs at the merch booth at the festival area.
What can't I bring?
It is not possible to bring your own alcohol into the festival area. This also applies when passing between the upper and lower camping areas. A separate route has been set up for those who wish to bring alcohol between the camping areas, which is marked with signs.
Fireworks, personal chairs/tables, weapons, dogs that are not registered service dogs, noisy equipment, laser pointers or other objects that may cause damage to personnel or equipment are prohibited.
It is not allowed to bring dogs to the campsite or the festival area. The exception is the quiet camp at Breimshallen.
Festival buses
In connection with the festival, festival buses will be set up from several locations in the area, with returns at night.

Entrance to the main arena
There are two entrances to the festival area.
The upper entrance is over a flat gravel area and requires a pre-purchased ticket or a ticket redeemed at the gate. Sponsor tickets cannot be picked up or ticket types can be changed at this entrance. After 6:00 PM, this entrance is not open to anyone under 18 years of age.
The lower entrance is at Fjordhestgarden, and requires a pre-purchased ticket or a ticket redeemed at the entrance. This is entrance for under 18s after 6:00 PM.
