Rules and information

As hosts, we hope that everyone follows these rules for the stay, so that we avoid problems and unnecessary security risks.

Take care of each other and have a great weekend at Norsk Countrytreff!

  • In the recent years, we have upgraded the electricity system at both campsites. Our goal is to offer all units electrical power, but we give no guarantee.

You can use up to 500W.
You must have your own power cable of about 50 m, insulated, grounded and approved for outdoor use.

In the event of a power outage, please check your own cables before calling security. Bad cables are the most common cause of power outages. Feel free to check the condition of your own equipment before you arrive!

It is not possible to charge electric cars in the festival area. The nearest charging station with good capacity can be found at Byrkjelo.

  • It is allowed to play music at a normal level until 02.00. After 02.00, only low volume is allowed. Breach of this will lead to confiscation of equipment, and worst case expulsion.

It is not permitted to use horns from trucks/buses.

  • Everyone who has their own accommodation in the form of a caravan, van or bus must have an approved smoke detector, gas alarm and fire extinguisher installed!

Follow the guards' instructions when placing the archway. Firebreaks and sectioning are very important to ensure fire safety.

Report any fire incidents to our security guards.

  • There is an 18-year age limit on festival camping and in the bar area on the main arena.

Those under 18 have their own area in front of the main stage.

Attempts to sneak into the camping or bar area will result in expulsion from the area.

    ID is obligatory!

  • EVERYONE is responsible for keeping their own booth and the surrounding area tidy and free of rubbish.

Sort waste according to the instructions at the environmental stations in the camping area and in the main arena.

All booth guests are given bags at check-in, which must be used for residual waste and empties with a deposit. Glass bottles and the like can be disposed of in separate containers in the area.

On departure, the pitch must be cleared and free of rubbish. It is NOT permitted to leave larger items such as white goods, sofas, tents, wagons, etc. on departure. If this happens, the guest must pay the bill.

    Help us clean and sort!

  • Animals are not allowed at the arena or festival campsites.

  • In the event of cancellation/modification due to Force Majeure (such as pandemic, fire, general strike, national mourning, natural disaster and war), cancellation rules do not apply and tickets will not be refunded.
