After fifteen years of studio albums, radio singles, numerous TV appearances, critical acclaim and popular festivals from north to south, STAUT stands firmer than ever – with its eyes fixed on the future. With new music on the way and a concert summer that is quickly filling up, STAUT enters the anniversary year with more energy, joy and drive than ever.

– We still feel the same desire to play. It's not about celebrating the past, but about creating something new. That's why we keep going – because we always have more to say, says vocalist Gaute Lein .

Although there is no set date for the next single release, work on new music is well underway. STAUT will spend large parts of the spring in the studio, and the upcoming material is characterized by both creative excess and clear direction. – It feels like we are hitting a new nerve now. It is STAUT, but with new colors. We are looking forward to showing it off, says songwriter Ørnulf Juvkam Dyve.

The album Lett å vara kødd , which was released in the fall of 2023, was met with both glowing reviews and great engagement from the audience. Collaborations with prominent artists such as Marion Ravn , Geir Sundstøl and Sølvgutane set the tone for what the band themselves describe as one of the most creative periods they have had.

Throughout their 15 years, STAUT has established themselves as one of the country's most hard-working and sought-after live bands. With a full summer of concerts ahead of them – and new dates constantly being confirmed – the band embarks on a tour that will take them to festivals, club stages and special events all over the country.

– It's live that we feel it really happens. The audience, the twinkle in the eye, the nerves. We feel best when we're on stage – that's where we belong, says the band.
