Biography
Country artist Betty Roots from Aurskog-Høland will bring a band of top-notch professional musicians to create a sing-along and cheerful atmosphere at Norsk Countrytreff in 2024.
With uptempo rock and country songs, she fills the dance floor, but she doesn't shy away from switching to calm and acoustic songs in bluegrass costume in the next blink of an eye. Betty plays an exciting mix of well-known covers and her own original songs.
In 2022, Betty Roots won SjøormCountry in Seljord, and she is now starting to gain a foothold as an up-and-coming lady worth listening to in the future. But Betty has over 30 years of experience as an artist with singing and performance, and has delivered countless gigs throughout her versatile career.
