Norwegian Country Talent 2025

The winner of Norwegian Country Talent 2025 was Utlaav - in strong competition from We Met In June and LEO.

As a relatively new band, they have all been involved in music throughout their childhood. They are active in several bands and projects, and found each other in Oslo in the fall of 2024.

They call themselves a country band, but also find inspiration from genres such as folk, indie and Americana. This makes the quintet an exciting and genre-bending group, dealing with topics ranging from undiagnosed narcolepsy to bitter heartbreak.

The dream is to create and showcase music they love, and to showcase country as a broad genre that everyone can enjoy - regardless of age or background.

Now life on the highway calls!
