Practical information
Practical and important information for those of you who are going camping Norsk Countrytreff !
This year we ask that everyone drive via the intersection at Teita and Fv695 Skuggesida to get straight into the waiting line for distribution to our camping areas. We have check-in in Bø, and coming “against the flow” via the bridge at Råd makes it cramped and impractical when distributing camping guests to the upper and lower camps.
This means that those who come on the E39 via Lote-Anda also drive past the festival area and up to Byrkjelo - then turn right at Teita and drive on the shady side.

TRUCK CAMP
This year there will be no opportunity to leave trolleys/hangers/equipment at Breimshallen, as this area will be used as a camping area for Norsk Countrytreff .
This means that our dear truck friends must plan to park their equipment in places other than Breimshallen.
Note that the area at Breim The kindergarten is also not available for parking equipment.
MORE PRACTICAL INFO
Camping area
There are two camping areas connected to the festival area. Upper camp and lower camp. Both camping areas have space for caravans, campers, trucks, camper vans and tents. There are toilets and a dumping point for camping toilets at both camping areas. The entrance to the camping area is manned, and a festival pass incl. camping is required to enter the camping area.
There is an 18-year age limit at all camping areas. We also have a camp at Breimshallen for those who wish to do so. It is about 700 meters to walk to the festival area from this.
Everyone must have an approved fire extinguisher and gas and smoke detectors in their caravan, motorhome, truck and bus.
Bring your own 'blocks' to level your caravan/motorhome.
Make sure that the cables for connecting to our power grid are of good quality and sized for the purpose. Feel free to bring extra cables in case of errors.
Entry to camping
Entry to the camping area will begin on Wednesday, July 9th at 1:00 PM. We encourage our guests to use alternative waiting areas in the municipality while awaiting the opening of the festival camp.
Alternative places to camp are Reed Camping , Breimsvatnet Camping , Byrkjelo Camping , Gåsemyr Camping , Gloppen Camping or a campsite in a neighboring municipality.
Ticketing opens at 12:00 in Bø at our waiting area.
Festival area
Inside the festival area there are two stages, Kolbeins Saloon and Hesjestauren. There is also a festival shop, merch stall and other sales stalls. In Kolbeins Saloon you will also find a café with a sale of hot food and cold drinks.
There are also bars connected to both stage areas.
Entrance to the main arena
There are two entrances to the festival area.
The upper entrance is over a flat gravel area and requires a pre-purchased ticket or a ticket redeemed at the gate. Sponsor tickets cannot be picked up or ticket types can be changed at this entrance. After 6:00 PM, this entrance is not open to anyone under 18 years of age.
The lower entrance is at Fjordhestgarden, and requires a pre-purchased ticket or a ticket redeemed at the entrance. This is entrance for under 18s after 6:00 PM.
What can't I bring?
It is not possible to bring your own alcohol into the festival area. This also applies when passing between the upper and lower camping areas. A separate route has been set up for those who wish to bring alcohol between the camping areas, which is marked with signs.
Fireworks, personal chairs/tables, weapons, dogs that are not registered service dogs, noisy equipment, laser pointers or other objects that may cause damage to personnel or equipment are prohibited.
It is not allowed to bring dogs into the camping or festival area. The exception is the quiet camp at Breimshallen.
Safety
Norsk Countrytreff We value the safety of our audience and artists, and are equipped to handle accidents and fires both at the festival site and in the camping areas. We work closely with the Police, the Red Cross and professional private insurance companies.
Our campsite follows national guidelines for distance between units, and we ask all guests to respect the boundaries used by our staff.
Shops
In addition to our own festival shop with the most important goods for our festival goers, we have Coop Prix Byrkjelo and Bakar Jon which are located in Byrkjelo, approx. 4.5 km from the festival area. There will be our own shopping buses set up on Friday and Saturday to Byrkjelo. See our own notices at the festival.
